Fried eggs with chorizo or with ham?

Since the truth is that I think that I like more with chorizo!!.

I remember when i was small, in my house, my parents had an enormous red pot of color full of chorizo in his fat.

In these way they were remaining very well all the year round. When we wanted one, we were putting the hand and were looking for it between the fat. You still had the skin of the hands soft, soft and with a smell of wonderful chorizo!

What so nice recollections, ojalá returns(return) to prove(try) at some time these chorizo, were unique!!

Thank you dad and mom for teaching a lot of things!!
