Recuerdo cuando era pequeña, en mi casa, mis padres tenían una olla enorme de color roja llena de chorizos en su grasa.
De esta manera se conservaban muy bien durante todo el año. Cuando queríamos uno, metíamos la mano y lo buscábamos entre la grasa. La piel de las manos te quedaba suave, suave y con un olor a chorizo maravilloso!
Qué recuerdos tan bonitos, ojalá vuelva a probar alguna vez esos chorizos, eran únicos!!

Since the truth is that I think that I like more with chorizo!!.
I remember when i was small, in my house, my parents had an enormous red pot of color full of chorizo in his fat.
In these way they were remaining very well all the year round. When we wanted one, we were putting the hand and were looking for it between the fat. You still had the skin of the hands soft, soft and with a smell of wonderful chorizo!
What so nice recollections, ojalá returns(return) to prove(try) at some time these chorizo, were unique!!
