Que tal habéis pasado el fin de semana?, me imagino que muy bien y que muchos de vosotros habréis tenido un descanso más largo que de costumbre. Eso siempre viene bien y así mañana comenzaréis la semana con más fuerza.

Como ya falta una semana menos para las celebraciones navideñas, hoy os quiero dar la receta de dos snacks ideales para la copa de bienvenida.

Haremos unas galletas de queso y unos frutos secos especiados que son exquisitos. Hoy os dejo la receta de las galletitas de queso!!

Para preparar las galletas
  1. 110 gr queso de cabra cremoso ( suave)
  2. 50 gr queso parmesano rallado
  3. 175 gr harina
  4. 125 gr mantequilla cremosa (Temp. Amb)
  5. Pimienta negra de molino
  6. sal
Instructions
  1. En un robot de cocina procesar la mantequilla con 35 gr de queso parmesano rallado, el queso de cabra, una pizca de sal y pimienta negra.
  2. Añadir a continuación la harina tamizada y procesar de nuevo.
  3. Retirar del robot de cocina y trabajar durante unos segundos hasta formar una bola sobre la mesa de trabajo.
  4. Envolver la masa con film y reservar durante 2 hora como mínimo en la nevera antes de hacer las galletas.
  5. En este momento del proceso la masa se podría congelar.
A la hora de hacer las galletas
  1. Con ayuda de un rodillo estirar la masa de queso a 2cm de grosor. Con ayuda de un corta pastas hacer las galletas. Yo he elegido distintos tamaños, pequeño y mediano de corta pastas en forma de estrellas, me encantan!!
  2. Ir colocando las galletas sobre papel de horno y espolvorear sobre cada una de ellas queso parmesano rallado.
  3. Hornear durante 12 minutos, veréis como se doran.
  4. Retirar del horno y reservar sobre una rejilla hasta que se enfríen por completo.
  5. Se conservan durante 2 días en una caja hermética.

As there is a week less for Christmas celebrations, today I want to give you the recipe for this biscuits which are ideal for the welcome drink.

We will make some cheese biscuits and some special dried fruits that are delicious.

If you follow the recipe you won’t have any problems and they’ll be all exquisite!

To prepare cookies
  1. 110 gr Creamy goat cheese (soft)
  2. 50 gr grated Parmesan cheese
  3. 175 gr Flour
  4. 125 gr softened butter
  5. Black Pepper
  6. Salt
Instructions
  1. In a cooking robot process the butter with 35 gr of grated Parmesan cheese, goat cheese, a pinch of salt and black pepper.
  2. Then add the sieved flour and re-process.
  3. Remove from the cooking robot and work for a few seconds to form a ball on the work table.
  4. Wrap the dough with film and reserve for at least 2 hours in the refrigerator before making the biscuits.
  5. At this point in the process the dough could freeze.
When making cookies
  1. With the help of a roller, stretch the cheese dough to 2cm thick. With the help of a short pasta make the cookies. I have chosen different sizes, small and medium of short pasta in the form of stars, I love!
  2. Place the biscuits on baking paper and sprinkle on each grated Parmesan cheese.
  3. Bake for 12 minutes, you will see how it browns.
