[:es]Buenos días,

Ya es viernes!!! que bien. La verdad es que esta semana se me está pasando volando. Mañana celebramos en casa la fiesta de cumpleaños de mi hijo Manuel y llevo toda la semana preparando cakes, cup cakes y de todo para montar una mesa dulce llena de arañas!!. Si, si, la fiesta es de terror, llenaré el jardín de calabazas y de calaveras y los niños vendrán disfrazados con sus disfraces más terroríficos!!.

También prepararé cositas saladas para las mamás que se quedarán a tomar algo y aparte de las croquetas, empanada y la tortilla de patatas haré las tartaletas de gambas y las de bonito con mango.

Las dos tartaletas son ideales así que os dejo las recetas por si os gustan y queréis hacerlas. Las mini tartaletas que he usado son las que venden en Ikea, aquí en Inglaterra las compro en el supermercado.

Si vivís en Madrid tenéis muy buenas tartaletas en Makro y fijaros si son anti Humedad, sería estupendo porque podríais tenerlas preparadas con tiempo.

Mini tartaletas de aperitivo

Para la crema de queso
  1. 100 gr queso crema
  2. 50 gr yogurt Griego
  3. La ralladura de 1/2 lima y zumo de lima
  4. 2c.s. alcaparras picadas
  5. Eneldo picado
  6. Sal y pimienta negra de molino
  7. 20 gambas cocidas al punto
  8. 20 mini tartaletas
Instructions
  1. Mezclar en un bol todos los ingredientes menos las gambas que las tendremos cocidas al punto y frías.
  2. Introducir el relleno en una manga pastelera y proceder a rellenar las tartaletas.
  3. Terminar colocando una gamba en cada tartaleta, eneldo y una pizca de pimienta negra molida.
  4. Servir enseguida si las tartaletas no son anti humedad.

Good morning,

Already it is Friday!!! That well. The truth is that this week me is passing flying. Also I will prepare a lot off things for the moms who will remain to taking something and apart from the croquettes, pie and the spanish omelette I will do the tartlets of Prawns and the tuna and mango cup.

Both tartlets are ideal so I leave the recipes you for if you like them and you want to do them. The mini tartlets that I have used are those who sell in Ikea, here in England I buy in the supermarket.

Prawns, capers cup

For the cream of cheese
  1. 100 gr cream cheese
  2. 50 gr yogurt griego
  3. 2 c.s. chopped capers
  4. Finaly grated zest of 1/2 lima and the juice
  5. fresh dill chopped
  6. 20 mini crustade cases
  7. 20 cooked, peeled prawns
  8. Salt and poivre
Instructions
  1. Mix in a bowl all the ingredients except the prawns that will have them cooked to the point and cold.
  2. Insert the filling into a pastry sleeve and proceed to fill the tarts.
  3. Finish by placing a prawn in each tartlet, dill and a pinch of ground black pepper.
  4. Serve immediately if the tarts are not anti-humidity.
