Roast beef with mini potatoes

Today's recipe is very delicious and could not be more normal.

Who has never prepared a roast beef? Well, that, today's recipe is an exquisite barbecue ideal for doing it on the weekend.

To prepare the meat
  1. 1,400g veal meat: shoulder
  2. 2 sweet onions
  3. 2 red onions
  4. 3 large carrots
  5. 6 garlic cloves
  6. 3 pieces of celery
  7. 2 leeks
  8. sage
  9. 30 mini potatoes
  10. Olive oil
  11. 100 ml white wine
  12. 200 ml water
  13. Salt and black pepper
  14. 4 garlic cloves, minced
  1. Preheat the oven to 200ºC.
  2. Follow the video recipe step by step.
  3. Bake at 200ºC the first hour and then lower the oven temperature to 165ºC and roast for an additional 1 hour.
  4. After 30 minutes of roasting add the potatoes (see video).
  5. Enjoy the recipe, it is delicious!
