Crujiente de setas, arándanos secos y queso Stilton

Para preparar los crujientes
- 50g mantequilla.
- 250g champiñones picados.
- 2 dientes de ajo picados.
- Hojas de tomillo.
- 50g arándanos secos picados.
- 45g nueces picadas.
- 60g queso Stilton.
- Pasta philo.
Instructions
- Derretir la mantequilla en una sartén y saltear hasta dorar ligeramente los champiñones picados. Añadir los dientes de ajo muy picados y las hojas de tomillo y rehogar durante 2 minutos más.
- Retirar del fuego y enfriar.
- Una vez frío añadir los arándanos, nueces y el queso troceado y poner a punto de sal.
- Estirar dos capas pinceladas entre si con mantequilla derretida y cortar en 9-12 cuadrados. Disponer en el centro de cada cuadrado de pasta philo un poco del relleno y cerrar.
- En este momento se podría congelar.
- A la hora de servir pincelar de nuevo la pasta con mantequilla y hornear a 190ºC durante 15 minutos aprox.
