[:es]Qué poquito queda para inaugurar el año con mis nuevos cursos de cocina. El primero será el próximo sábado y estará cargadito de recetas muy apetecibles…montaditos y hamburguesas de pescado, vegetales y carnes!!!
También haremos 4 panes:
Pan vienés con sésamo tostado
Bunds maravilloso con semillas de amapola y sésamo negro
Dinner Rolls de calabaza
Mis mini croissants
Cada panecillo irá con su deliciosa hamburguesa, distinta y original y los croissants los rellenaremos con una salsa mornay con mucho queso Gruyere y jamón, horneados a 190ºC y después almorzaremos todo lo cocinado en la «pecera» como así le llamamos al salón del obrador de cocina con una copa de vino y en buena compañia!
